Develop modular and customisable test benches and HIL systems to support a variety of test requirements (e.g. LabVIEW-based)
Ensure the compatibility and integration of new test benches with existing test strategies and processes
Develop user-friendly software solutions to control and monitor test benches, automate tests and analyse data
Perform functional tests and calibrations to ensure the operational readiness of the test equipment
Provide training programs to train test personnel in the use of test benches
Performing regular maintenance to ensure the long-term performance and reliability of the test benches.

Obsolescence Management

Conducting comprehensive analyses to identify obsolete components and systems and their impact on operations
Ensuring technical compatibility of new components and systems with existing vehicle and infrastructure systems
Planning and implementing technology upgrades to continually modernize systems and avoid foreseeable obsolescence
Identifying suitable replacements for obsolete electronic components, including sourcing from reliable suppliers
Development and integration of modern screen displays to replace obsolete display systems
Replacement or redevelopment of obsolete control systems, testing of associated control software
Preparation and provision of all necessary documentation and evidence for the approval of new components and systems

Digitalization of Maintenance Processes

Implementation of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS)to plan, perform and track maintenance tasks
Use IoT sensors to continuously monitor the condition of vehicles and infrastructure
Real-time data analytics: using real-time data for early detection of signs of wear and potential failures
Developing algorithms and models to predict maintenance needs, implementing predictive maintenance strategies to optimize maintenance intervals
Implementation of standardised interfaces for data exchange between different systems and platforms
